At Lohas Stays, we understand that travel plans can change. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
Guests can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund,
provided the check-in date is at least 7 days away.
7 days or more before check-in → Full refund (after payment gateway charges, if any)
Within 7 days of check-in → 50% refund
On check-in day / No-Show → No refund
One-time free change allowed if requested at least 72 hours before check-in,
subject to availability.
Additional modifications may attract a rescheduling fee.
Guests checking out before their scheduled departure date
will not be refunded for unused nights.
In cases of natural disasters, medical emergencies (with proof),
or government restrictions, each case will be reviewed individually.
Full/partial refunds or future stay credits may be offered at our discretion.
Refunds are processed to the original payment source
within 7–10 business days.
Transaction/processing fees (if any) are non-refundable.
For stays longer than 15 days or group bookings,
a minimum 50% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 15 days of check-in.
If applicable, the security deposit will be refunded within 7 business days
after check-out inspection,
provided there are no damages or policy violations.
If only an advance payment was made at booking:
Cancelling within 7 days of check-in → Advance amount will be forfeited.
In rare cases where Lohas Stays must cancel,
guests will receive:
100% refund
Assistance with alternative accommodations (if available)
Some promotional or discounted rates may be marked “Non-Refundable.”
These bookings are not eligible for any refund under any circumstances.
